This document provides an overview of regulations relevant for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facility decommissioning and recycling. It lists and explains global conventions and regulations and then focuses on regulations in countries where FPSO decommissioning are actively planned or executed as well as relevant destinations for FPSO recycling. The document is an addendum to IOGP Report 584 - Overview of International Offshore Decommissioning Regulations Volume 1 – Facilities and should be read and used in conjunction with this Report.
