This page explains some of the main features of the Document Management System.
Login and Passwords
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password from the login page.
Enter the email address associated with your account. A password reset link will then be sent to your email address.
The password reset link expires after 1 hour.
Resetting Your Password
Open the password reset link from the email and enter your new password.
Once the password has been successfully changed, the reset link cannot be used again.
Microsoft SSO users do not reset their Microsoft password through IDMS.
Downloading Documents
Where a downloadable file is available, select the Download button on the publication page.
If no downloadable file is available for the publication, the download option will be unavailable.
