ETRS89 in the EPSG Dataset
This Guidance Note explains how ETRS89 regional and national realizations are available in the EPSG Dataset, in particular related to naming conventions and use of the datum ensemble. This caters to highest-accuracy users who require exact definition of coordinate epoch and realization as well as regular users who can work within the accuracy of the ETRS89 ensemble. The Guidance Note is aimed at users of the EPSG Dataset, in particular software developers, positioning service providers and staff in operating companies.
