Checklist for road/vehicle incidents resulting in a Motor Vehicle Crash
Land transport related incidents are historically the single largest cause of fatalities in IOGP Member Company operations. All companies operating land transportation, or providing services involving land transportation, should investigate land transportation incidents to an appropriate level to determine causes. This checklist is based on experience and current practices that have proven effective in the investigation process. This checklist supports IOGP Report 365 – Land transportation safety practice.
