The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the available and relevant international, regional, national and industry coating and painting related standards for or used by the oil & gas industries and a summary of technical committee work presently ongoing for this area. This report was initially prepared for a workshop but has since been updated by the OGP Coatings Standards Task Force. Text in this report is frequently taken from the open websites of the different standards development organisations described herein.
