Management of subcontractors and temporary workforce in geophysical operations
The joint OGP-IAGC Geophysical HSSE Subcommittee held a workshop to develop industry guidelines for improving subcontractor management performance across the geophysical industry. This report documents the outcome of that workshop, along with other recommended practices gathered during the document compilation phase. Although devised for geophysical operations, the recommendations within the document also broadly apply to subcontractor management throughout the oil and gas industry.
