Process Safety Event - 2011 and 2012 data
This report presents the Process Safety Event (PSE) data voluntarily submitted by participating OGP member companies for 2011 and 2012. The data presented are based on the number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 PSE, separately for: - onshore and offshore - drilling and production - activities - consequences - material released The data have been globally normalized against work hours associated with process safety events to provide respective PSE rates.
