This report includes data provided by both IOGP and IPIECA member companies and organizations, representing both upstream and downstream operators and associated contracting companies. <p>Participating companies perform a self-assessment of their performance in relation to standardized statements about the level of implementation of the company’s own health management systems.</p> <p>Two tools (gap analysis tool and percentage tool) are used to:</p> <ul> <li>assess health performance within individual companies; and </li><li>compare performance between different parts of a company and between participating companies. </li></ul> <p>Unlike other IOGP data reports, the health indicators are leading indicators. There is no separation between upstream and downstream operations.</p>
